The Product Guild is responsible for all the parts of Packhelp that customers interact with, such as the website and editor, but also apps that our teams and suppliers use to process orders. The Guild includes Product Management and Product Design. Packaging is more than just a box, we try to create smarter ways to help find and buy the packaging they need.

Chief Revenue Officer & Co-founder
The Marketing Guild is responsible for spreading Packhelp's name and products as far and wide as possible. This Guild includes Brand, CRM, Performance, Social Media, Communication and Content Teams. They all create many forms of quality content and use technology to get it out there. The Marketing Guild works closely with Technology, Product and Sales Guilds.

Our Operations Guild consists of Human Resources, Business Intelligence and Finance teams. We are a vertical guild that provides support to all other guilds, alliances, and teams at Packhelp. Every team in Operations is responsible for the core Packhelp areas, which make our organization People-centric and Data-driven.

Chief Revenue Officer & Co-founder
The Sales Guild works closely with our customers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring they get the packaging they want, regardless the size of their company. Sales specialists take leads from the Marketing Guild and turn them into revenue - and happy customers. To do it effectively, they're organized in teams: Revenue Operations, SMB Sales, Strategic Accounts, Customer Support and Customer Success.

The Dev Guild is all things related to software development at Packhelp. Overall, the Technology guild is responsible for creating, testing, implementing, and maintaining the digital technology that is Packhelp. Many Dev Teams are also a part of the Product Guild.
