What are the dimensions of wine boxes?
Wine boxes measure 8cm x 8cm x 32cm. They are designed for a 0.7 l wine bottle.
How to fold mailer boxes?
Your Mailer Boxes are shipped to you in a stack. We recommend keeping them that way and fold one at a time. Read here about the storing tips.

This is the interior of your box. The bending lines indicate where your box will be further folded.

Fold the walls at the lines. It will facilitate the next steps.
Note: Do not press the walls at the folding lines with too much strength. The fold angle should not be bigger than 90-degrees.

Every mailer box has double bending lines in two of its walls. If you do not fold the cardboard in those two lines, your box will not be assembled correctly.

The next step is to assemble the interior walls of your box. We suggest to first fold the walls on the sides, as in the picture.

Tuck your sides into the interior of the box. The sticking elements should fit into the slit in the bottom of your packaging.

Fold the remaining sides of your box. Your wings should fit into the side panels.

When folding the shorter walls, bend the inner wings like in the photo below. It is crucial for your box to be correctly closed.

I forgot my password

- Enter the box editor.
- Click on the Login link in the top right-hand corner.
- When a window pops up, click on the Reset your password
- Type in your e-mail and click on the Reset your password
- Check your e-mail box and follow the instructions you will find there.
What are the sizes and dimensions of mailer boxes?
Our mailer boxes are offered in twelve standard sizes. The external dimensions, internal dimensions, paperboard grammage and weight for each size can be checked on the page with mailer boxes.
What is the minimum size of an order?
The minimal size of an order for boxes designed in the box editor is always 30 pieces. In the case of non-standard orders, the minimum size of an order will always be higher. Do you need more details? Contact us.
How long does it take to complete an order?
The production process of the boxes ordered in the box editor lasts from 14 to 21 days (depending on the product) from the time of crediting the payment (if you are pressed for time, use an instant online transfer).
In the case of a courier delivery, the completion time must be additionally extended by the time necessary for the delivery, which is approximately 3-5 working days, depending on the country your boxes are supposed to go to.
The completion time for non-standard orders is determined on an individual basis.
Can I order colourful Eco or Eco White boxes?
No. Eco and Eco White are offered only with black imprint. If you wish to have a colorful imprint with an Eco feeling, please see our Eco Color Mailer boxes!
Can I repeat an order?
Yes! To place an order again:
- Log into the box editor.
- In the top menu, select the Your orders
- Find the order you want to repeat.
- Click on the Order again
- This will bring you to the 3D view of your design in the box editor.
- Follow the standard shopping path.
Is the box editor compatible with mobile devices?
Currently the box editor does not work on mobile devices.
Some of the designs created in the box editor require the uploading of heavy and technically demanding graphics. To make the operation as smooth and efficient as possible for all our users, we have decided not to support smartphones and tablets with the iOS and Android operating systems.
The box editor is available in all the popular and updated browsers for macOS, Windows and some Linux operating systems.
