Our shipping boxes are made with thick & durable corrugated cardboard. We use a five-layer flute EB for most sizes, with a height of around 5 mm, and a grammage of 660g/m2. They have a total weight capacity of 20kg/44lbs & can withstand most of the punishment that a lazy courier can throw at them.

Our giant box, K200, has a capacity of 240 litres. It can fit up to 400 mailer boxes F23 or 56 mailer boxes F52.

The standard printing time is ten working days, but super express production means your order can be printed in as little as three working days, with delivery in the EU or UK taking an average of 2 business days.

No, afraid not. These boxes are designed to be sealed with packing tape, like our packaging tape or kraft tape. But if you’re looking for a delivery box with self-adhesive strips, check out our e-commerce delivery box.

Heavy-duty shipping boxes

Our shipping boxes are available in six sizes, which can fit from 26 to 240 litres in volume. The biggest shipping box can carry up to 20kg or 44lbs of cargo. Automotive parts, electronics, white goods, or deliveries to your retailers and merchants – we have the best boxes for shipping, no questions asked! Fill up empty space with a custom insert, bubble wrap or some other void filler. Either way, your products will be safe and secure in our wide variety of recyclable shipping boxes.

Recyclable shipping boxes

All of Packhelp’s packing boxes for shipping are made from corrugated cardboard. These fully recyclable shipping boxes are made from recycled content & with absolutely no glue used in the production process. Depending on the box sizes, we use three-layer (B flute) or five-layer (EB flute) cardboard to add extra strength levels to minimize the chances of damage during delivery.
